• Your responses to the Validation Assessment questions.

How We Use Your Information

• To deliver your Validation Assessment results.
• To schedule and conduct Strategy Sessions.
• To respond to your inquiries.
• To improve our site and services.
• To send you information you've requested. We do not send marketing email without your consent.

Third-Party Services

Strategy Session scheduling is handled through Google Calendar's booking system, embedded directly on this site. When you book a session, information you enter is shared with Google in order to schedule the appointment. Our site is hosted on third-party infrastructure that stores submitted data securely. We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain uses of it. California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected and to request deletion; we do not sell or share personal information as defined under the CCPA. EU/UK residents have rights under the GDPR, including the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
