These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of inventmentors.com and the services offered by Invent Mentors LLC ("InventMentors," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this site or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

InventMentors offers a free Validation Assessment and paid Strategy Sessions to help inventors, founders, and product developers evaluate market demand and plan next steps for their innovations. Our services provide business and strategic guidance only. We do not provide legal, financial, or patent advice. Where legal matters such as patents or trademarks are relevant, we recommend working with a licensed attorney.

Payments, Rescheduling & Cancellations

The Validation Assessment is free. Strategy Sessions are billed at the rate listed on the site at the time of booking. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. If you need to reschedule, contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to find a new time. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, are non-refundable.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

Our assessments and sessions are intended to provide clarity and reduce risk, not to guarantee any particular business outcome. You remain solely responsible for decisions you make about your product, business, or investments.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, and the InventMentors name and logo — is owned by Invent Mentors LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission. You retain ownership of any information you share with us about your own product or business idea.

Confidentiality

We treat information you share with us about your product or business idea as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as needed to deliver our services or as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, InventMentors is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or services, or from decisions made based on our guidance.

Third-Party Links & Services

Our site uses Google Calendar's booking system to schedule Strategy Sessions and may link to third-party sites such as LinkedIn. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
